SB 130 (SoDakLiberty Posts) – Reinstate certain civil actions for childhood sexual abuse if subsequent legislation had the effect of limiting the plaintiff’s right to recovery.

SB 154 (SoDakLiberty Posts) – Establish the Jolene’s Law Task Force to study the impact of sexual abuse of children in this state and to make recommendations to the Legislature on policies to effectively address the issue.
